The U.S as a World Power:
During this Time period America was focused on expanding there territory and therefore attacked many countries surrounding American. In World War II, although the objective was no to gain more land, it had many of the same negative impacts. During U.S as a World Power, when America attacked Hawaii, they attacked without regard for Citizens, and without proper sanitary conditions to live in disease spread like wildfire. This was very similar to the Early Battles of World War II, the Doolittle raid and the bombing of Tokyo, the Battle for the Philippines and the disease brought upon the soldiers, and the Battle of Midway, all of these were examples of the disregard for human life.

Progressive Era:
The Progressive Era was a time of reform both Social and Political. During the Progressive Era Fundamentalists banned the teaching of any subjects that contradict the bible. During World War II schools were not allowed to teach anything involving the enemy, such as Japanese or German history. These both negatively impacted people because it limited their education and therefore left them closed minded and arrogant.

World War I:
World War II and World War I on the Home front were very similar. In both World War I and II there was a draft and rationing all the same. The draft negatively effected humanity because it took away someone's child, the person might need help and without their help there life might deteriorate.

The Roaring Twenties:
The Roaring Twenties was the gateway to World War II. The Life of parties and luxury was short lived, when America entered World War II people had to give up their life of party in order to serve our country, more and more people had to get jobs. Although this was good for the economy, it made people less happy. With all of the goods going over sea, people could not enjoy the spoils of their work, and they could not give the people they loved what they want.

The crash of the stock market and a string of stupid decisions flung the U.S economy into a depression, many people say World War II pulled us out of the depression. Which of course is a good thing but the war itself caused terror and death of loved ones all around the World. No one was left unaffected by the war
