Political: Some countries were scared of riots and strikes, while others thought it was against tradition, but overall other countries thought it was easier and more efficient to be run by one leader.
Economic: WWII needed many people working because of the need of war-time production. This created many jobs and Roosevelt realized the need of employees and passed an Executive act banning discriminatory employment practices. This helped get America out of the Depression. Also the act gave black people and women higher paying jobs that required more skill, and they got better benefits too.
Religious/Social: There are many theory's to why Hitler despised the Jews. Some historians believe Hitler shared the Anti-Semantic beliefs that were widely accepted in Europe at the time, and that Hitler and the German population found it hard to except it was their fault that they lost WWI. They needed someone to blame and Jews controlled half of German banks, stock-exchange, and newspapers. They accused the Jews of intentionally trying to sabotage their war efforts through the financial system.
